Reynolds Boughton Ltd are established market leaders in the design and manufacture of transportation equipment for the Waste Handling sector.
We have recently enhanced and expanded our product range by the acquisition of a well-established competitor, attractive to both existing and new customers. Our bespoke equipment range is configured to meet individual customer needs and, as a result, attracts consistent brand loyalty. Reynolds Boughton Ltd are extremely customer-focussed; our internal culture is founded on service and the development of lasting business relationships.
We will now appoint two enthusiastic & performance-motivated Area Sales Managers, one to manage customers in the Midlands territory and the other looking after customers in South West England & South Wales.
Reporting to the Group Sales & Marketing Director, the ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
· A self-starter with the drive and determination to succeed
· Strong relationship builder with excellent communication & negotiation skills
· Excellent forward planning, time management & administrative skills
· Commercially astute with the tenacity to define and influence customer requirements
· Commercial vehicle or related sales background preferred
· Geographical customer knowledge of medium to heavy truck distributors and end-users would be an advantage but not essential
· Home-based within the designated operational territory
· The ability to work to an annual sales target discipline in line with the product mix and profitability defined by the Company
· Good personal presentation with a pleasant & outgoing personality
